Groot en ruim appartement, met goede voorzieningen. Op een prima locatie in het centrum. Met leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

I really loved the room — it was perfect! Everything I needed was available, and the space was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location was also great, with some really nice food spots nearby. I especially loved Alice in Brewland for breakfast, which is at a convenient walking distance, and Grigio, an Italian place with amazing food. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

I loved everything. There was a little noise at times, but it wasn’t too much and didn’t affect the overall experience.

Moderne Wohnung, gute Größe, hell, gute Dämmung , Fahrstuhl. Lage ebenfalls ziemlich gut.

Keine Möglichkeit, Koffer abzustellen. Alle Services werden on top in Rechnung gestellt (Wäsche). Bei einem Doppelbett muss man eine zweite Bettdecke dazukaufen. Stromausfall Keine Bedienungsanleitung für Kaffeemaschine Ganz schlechter Wasserdruck. Es kommt kaum Wasser aus der Dusche. Wenn die Dusche läuft, kann kein Wasserhahn bedient werden. Schlechte Kommunikation, Kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner, alles per Mail oder Hotline auf Englisch

Lovely apartment, superb bathroom, very modern and secure, bright, large great selection on TV, Netflix etc

We arrived in Porto at 9;30 having been up in UK at 2:00am and asked if we could check in early, yes was the reply but an extra € 35 was required even though the apartment was ready. We declined. We received check in details at EXACTLY 4;00pm, to the second, clearly they dont want you checking in any earlier than is stated on the invoice We asked about BOLT taxi to the airport, yes, but €35, (we booked our own , its was €11) We could hear the above apartments footsteps every time we went to bed Finally, i deliberately left a black hoodie that i didn't want but i was never told from the owners that i had left it, (they didn't know i left it on purpose) Would this have been the same had it been a watch or jewellery?
