The location was fantastic with shops, transport, bars etc a few minutes away. The touristy sights etc were about 15 minutes away on foot... perhaps a little longuer back because of the hills. The flat itself was lovely, including a great modern bathroom.

Instructio s for the appliances would be helpful

Earlier check-in between 13:00-16:00 needs to pay 25Euro for every guest. Such an additional charge is not mentioned in advance. We do not like this non-honest practice.

Location was great, really cute little apartment and good communication, very quick in response!

We were on the 2nd floor and the footsteps from the above apartment were very loud, I guess they know as they provide ear plugs on the bed. We also did not get check in information until 16.00 exactly - to be fair that is the check in time but normally a place will let you in a bit earlier...

Our stay was very comfortable. The accommodation is well cared for, clean and roomy. It's on a interesting street with lots of restaurants and some lovely shops. Close to Trindade, station from Airport. Though a bit difficult to navigate!

Nothing really. We walked everywhere from it. It might be a little far from the river, 20 minutes, for non walkers. Though l'd say public transport could be figured out.

상벤투나 동루이스 다리같은 유명 관광지와 가깝고 집주인과 신속하고 정확한 연락이 가능했습니다 메일로도 충분히 빠른 연락이 가능 했어요

건물의 문제인지, 윗집 걷는 소리가 다들릴 정도로 층간소음이 엄청납니다. 아침 6시마다 쿵쿵거리는 소리가 잠을 깨웠어요. 집주인이 신경을 써줬으나 한계가 있더군요. 맨 꼭대기층에 묵은 친구는 괜찮았다고 하는거보니 꼭대기 예약하시면 괜찮을 듯 싶네요. 다 좋은데 정말 이 점이 너무 아쉬웠습니다

넓고 깨끗한 신축아파트입니다. 4층 뒤쪽집에 묶었는데 동네가 조용하고 앞에 건물이 없이 트인뷰라 창문 열어 놓기 좋았습니다. 작은 주방이라고 되어있지만 2~4인의 충분한 식기와 조리도구, 오븐, 전자렌지, 식기세척기 등 모든 것이 갖추어져 있습니다.(1층에는 공용 정수기도 있어요.) 도보 5분이내에 마트와 로컬 밥집, 다양한 아시안 요리집 등 다양한 음식점들이 있어 접근성이 좋아요. 숙박기간이 여유가 있거나 집에서 식비를 아끼는 선택이 필요하다면 좋은 숙소입니다^^

벽 방음이 잘 안되고, 층간 소음이 있습니다. (슬리퍼 필수) 대신 동네는 매우 조용합니다. 집에 작은 개미들이 출몰합니다. 쓰레기를 방치하면 개미가 꼬이기 때문에 관리가 필요합니다. 생각보다 메인 거리, 관광지들과 거리가 멀어요.(도보 15~20분) 포르투는 언덕이 많은 지형이라 중간에 숙소 들러야 하는 분들은 소음포기하고 아래쪽(강가)이 나은 선택일 수 있어요.
