"Really bad experience so don’t waste your money."

Very unsatisfactory with the owners of this property.. They cancelled our stay on the day of our arrival and would not answer any phone calls or messages. I would not book this apartment as I have not had any satisfaction in contacting them or receiving a refund.

Very comfortable beds and the location was good for our needs.
Very noisy neighbours all night kept us awake. Didn’t like that the bathroom is right off the living space so no privacy.

"Big apartment with good location in Croydon"

Location is good! Short walk from both train stations and city center. Apartment was big enough for 5 persons. Easy to get the keys via keybox.
Soundproof was poor but that is quite normal in UK. Kitchen was ok but kettle was bit broken. Also if the apartment is for 6 persons, there were only 4 forks. Floors are cold because of the tiles.

I'd like the location and it was very quiet place to stay with family.
I didn't like the nosy for the people who was living on the first floor and all the bins were on the front door isn't good for the hygien.
