Badezimmer: verdreckte Toilette und Dusche, Schimmel an der Decke, Toilettendeckel nicht befestigt (fällt bei Berührung beinahe von der Toilette), stinkender Mülleimer, randvoll mit Hygieneartikeln, klebriger Boden und offensichtlich ungewaschene Fußmatte Zimmer: Handtücher fehlten in einem der gebuchten Zimmer, laut quietschende Türen, nachts lauter Fernsehlärm aus den Nachbarzimmern Küche: dreckiger Kühlschrank, offene und verdorbene Lebensmittel in den Schränken, keine Trockentücher Garten: heruntergekommen, große Berge Müll aufgestapelt, keine Sitzmöglichkeiten Auf Kontaktaufnahme bzgl der fehlenden Handtücher wurde erst nach rund 14 Stunden reagiert, aber trotzdem keine Handtücher bereitgestellt. Auf weitere Kontaktaufnahmen erfolgte keine Reaktion mehr.

Good property and location for place of event we booked. Couldn’t complain with the price at all £27 each for 4 people

We didn’t know the house owner would be in the property, not really an issue as we was out anyway and she didn’t bother us.

Nice neighbourhoods

The property outside was unkept , the garden was untidy. The place needed renovation. The room on the profile had no window, no ventilation. The shower was unpredictable, sometime the water was extreamly hot not safe for young children. The shower tub was dirty, the window sill was dusty. The light switches were dirty, the bathroom door was dirty , black mark every where. I and others have been locked from inside can not get out first day stayed(including others guests)my husband had to climb the fence (among the pile of rubbish from the garage to get outside to check at the lock box for the keys ) unfortunately no keys to be seen. It was inregal to lock the door and health and safety of my families were questionibg here?

The carpets looked new

Couldn’t find property at night as no sign to say it was Rubies, house number wasn’t easy to see in the dark.There was no key in the key safe on returning at night, had to knock on the door loudly to wake on site staff. Out in the sticks. No tea coffee making facilities in the room, was supposed to be breakfast there wasn’t. Dirty marks on doors and frames inside and outside of bedroom and shared bathroom toilet seat broken, no black out curtains woken up as the sun rose shining through the gaps into room at 5am no rubbish bin in the room tv plug cable unsafe just dangling from the TV. No information about local amenities ie cafes, restaurants, bus stops, local taxis etc

the room was good, with TV and a fridge, very comfortable bed

only 2 sockets, had to move the fridge and TV to be able to plug them in- and then there were no sockets left to charge a phone in the shower- only boiling hot water- cold water was not working! everything needs better cleaning

Lovely clean room, good location and very friendly host.

Staff were responsive to issues

No ironing facility at the time of staff. Issues accessing the building for check in
