We recently stayed at an apartment that had a lot of potential, but our experience was disappointing. The location was nice and quiet, which we loved. However, our first night was uncomfortable because the air conditioner wasn't working making it hard for us to sleep in the hot weather. We tried to call the management many times for help, but no one answered. The watchman on duty was friendly, but he couldn’t do much without management's approval. Thankfully, the next day the watchman managed to fix the AC and brought us some essentials like an iron, coffee machine and clothes rack, which was a nice touch. Overall, the apartment has a lot of promise, but the lack of communication and support from management really let us down. I hope they improve this aspect, as it could be a great place to stay. For now, I’d suggest future guests ensure any issues are resolved before arriving.

Warning: Cockroach Infestation! Upon checking in, I was shocked to discover cockroaches and insects infesting the bathroom and kitchen countertops. This was a highly disappointing experience. Despite notifying the owner of the issue, they proposed to clean the place was unsatisfactory. This must have been done prior arrival. I requested a refund and an express checkout, but unfortunately, my requests were denied. Instead, the owner offered an alternative location, which I declined due to a lack of trust. How wants to go to another apartment owned by the same person once they saw cockroaches ? The apartment appeared clean and modern in the photos, but the reality was far from it. To make matters worse, the WIFI was non-functional, and the floors were dirty. Despite providing videos and photos as evidence of the poor conditions, Booking Support was ineffective in enforcing a cancellation and refund without the owner's consent. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. I strongly advise not to book this accommodation and suggest you opting for a hotel with reliable Google reviews in the future.

The price

We found cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The water heater was not working, so we had to bathe in cold water. The owner never answered when we messaged them about the problem. A cupboard in the kitchen had a broken door, the furniture and the sink were damaged. The supplied kitchen utensils are just a few plates, glasses and some cutlery. The instructions for the check-in were incorrect at first.
