"Horrible experience she scammed our R3700 and ran and we suffered a horrible Christmas Eve since we had to drive back ho"

Firstly she lied and said that the apartment is in Pinetown only to find that the accommodation is mariannridge which is 10 kms away from Pinetown. When we’re arrived it was a block of dirty unkept flats with paint peeling off the wall. The place was not in condition for a holiday apartment and she further lied in her listing to say that there is a pool and there’s no pool. The host claimed that there is parking in property only to find that you need to park in the street, considering that this place is a very unsafe neighbourhood. We were a group of females and didn’t feel safe so we canceled our reservation immediately and told the host we don’t feel safe. She was very rude to us and started shouting at me.Next she disappeared on Bookings.com and didn’t want to respond to us. I blame Bookings.com as well for failing to hold her accountable.
