Crystal Tower 407 by ALBVR - Beachfront pool, great amenities and private walk-over to beach

Loved the location, the view and all the amenities. Property was safe, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Wish the checkout time was later than 10am.

The owner in #306 was a chain smoker on his deck, the smoke would rise and come in my door. I couldn’t have my patio door open the whole time. Management companies and HOA did nothing. Never go back and will never recommend.

I can't say enough about our stay at Crystal Tower!!! The facilities are clean and well kept up, the rooms are big and spacious, a regular sized washer and dryer, a beautiful balcony facing the Gulf, three pools, great management, a walk across bridge (this was a life saver for a family with littles and grandparents), and so much more!! The beach front pool was absolutely amazing. Best pool we have stayed at. If our family wasn't at the beach we were at the pool. During our stay the refrigerator went out. The management was very quick and accommodating when dealing with the issue. There was a phone number we could call at anytime with any issue we had. There was always someone there to answer the phone and help any way they could. We will most definitely rebook with Crystal Tower the next time we are in Guld Shores.

Loved everything couldn’t have gotten any better

I liked everything about the layout of the condo, and the rest of the facility. Having multiple pools and their size was very nice, and having a dedicated crosswalk bridge was top notch. It makes it easy to access the beach without a beach front condo. The gym inside the building was very functiona and I thoroughly enjoyed it for how small it was!

I didn't like that the lasy river was non functional during our visit and the pool water seemed dirty with a very oily haze as if the pump and filtration system were struggling. The beds in the condo were less than comfortable. The feel of them was similar to a box spring with a mattress topper on it. I personally slept on the couch because it was the only thing soft enough to sleep through most of the night.
