Very clean and big apartment. Comfortable bed. Near apartment and lot of cafeterias around. Garage for a car.

The location is out of this world – right in the thick of it yet in a quiet bubble of its own on the residential end of the Triana bridge (overlooking the river was a huge bonus.) The apartment itself is lovely too with the high ceilings and the cool tiled floors providing a welcome respite from the Sevilla heat. The connectivity between the garage and the ground floor apartment was also great with the parking space more than enough for our mid-sized SUV rental (small parking spaces are supposedly a concern in Sevilla.) Lastly, the videos on how to enter the property were very clear and helpful – as was our contact person.

Driving in from Portugal, we significantly overshot our initially stated time of arrival and had to bank transfer 10 euros (!) to get the videos detailing the access to the property. That was a bit of a hustle – especially while driving in the mountains with spotty internet but them's the rules. We would have appreciated a less rigid approach. What the house lacked in some supplies (salt), it compensated in quality skincare (much needed sunscreen). A very personal recommendation – drop the artificial plants; they don't do justice to the place (we loved the pairs of glasses strewn around the apartment as a design element though.)

The flat is excellently located, a few minutes and you are already in the historical centre. The flat is large, very comfortable. Two bathrooms are great. The washing machine is good. The garage is a big plus. Very good contact with the flat managers. Internet very good. No coffee machine but opposite the building - cafe with take-away coffee.

Neighbourhood is ok, unfortunately in the morning unpleasant odour when the window is open from outside (promenade and river, in the evening people often sit on the stairs next to the flat and it is quite noisy). The oven did not work but it did not bother us.

The twin size mattresses were very firm(hard), and it would be good to have an extra towel and blanket.

Fantastic location ideal for popping out to watch easter procession.Great bed and comfortable sofa Bathrooms were very well equipped..Safe underground parking for our ebikes..Strong wifi.

Inside had written guest instructions but the phone number and an .email for assistance however neither were current.No written instructions in flat re check out or where to put rubbish.My phone didn't always translate messages so that was difficult..No instructions re lounge blind so it got accidently pulled off its ratchet when opening it.
