Very comfortable setup & pretty quiet location with comfortable facilities.
Though not using it for college access, it would be an uphill walk to get there..

"Very nice house. We really loved it and would stay here again."

There was lots of space. Three bathrooms, which made it very convenient. The beds were comfortable. The whole house was decorated very nicely. The neighborhood was safe and there was ample parking.
Could not figure out how to work the Apple TV.
