De locatie van de accommodatie was goed te bereiken.

Er zou een lift aanwezig zijn. Mijn gezondheid is dusdanig slecht dat ik een lift nodig heb. Het bleek dat de lift al langer kapot was. Dit hoort gecommuniceerd te worden, zo hadden wij iets anders kunnen boeken. De communicatie vervolgens is ontzettend slecht en wordt niet doorgepakt.

The location was excellent and the building was very cool.

We were there for seven days, there were only three towels and when we asked if we could get them changed out or get some extras we were told there would be an extra charge. There were also one and half rolls of toilet paper (not enough for seven days...If we had known in advance we could have made sure we brought our own towels and paper products. It was also not clear this was effectively an airBNB until our arrival.

Die Toilette war kaputt. Das Internet hat nicht funktioniert und das Bad war kaputt. Der Besitzer hat sich nicht wirklich helfen wollen. Aufenthalt war ehrlich gesagt eine große Enttäuschung.

The location was perfect.As you we had already seen the comment about the old building yes it’s true!I think they have to do something about the building about the elevator about the stairs since from what I saw there are other apartments in the building that they manage it.

We stayed for four nights and not a single day our room was cleaned or our towels were changed. Also there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom every day and we couldn't do anything about it and the bathroom cleaner didn't help at all!

The apartment was disappointing. The air conditioner did not work, the toilet flush button was broken, the TV channels were not working, and there were no cups for tea. We contacted the staff about these issues, but nothing was fixed during our stay.
