An absolutely gorgeous two level apartment which has had quite a lot of attention paid to its ‘home-away-from-home’ feel. We were totally delighted to stay here with its easy access to Bowness by foot, and beautiful, quiet, elevated location. Just magic. The host was also wonderful, with excellent communication throughout.

surroundings like slums, narrow iron stairs up to the room, unfriendly to heavy suitcase, stained bed sheet with body hair and unknown black hair ball, poor quality beddings, left directly and booked angel inn nearby, will never book here again.

Beautiful location, beautifully decorated and kitted out with everything we needed for our stay. Comfy beds and linen, amazing shower perfect to end a days exploring and hiking. Good communication from the host and easy access with the key code. An amazing find with great views.

An excellent holiday let property, great location, well finished property with everything you could need for a more than comfortable stay in Bowness.

Amazing location and just felt like a home away from home. we wish we could’ve stayed longer it was that nice. very clean and modern but also felt nice and cozy too. pleasantly surprised by the views of the lake from the master bedroom window! beds were very comfy, comfiest we’ve stayed in in terms of Lakeland accommodation. would recommend and would definitely book to stay again.

Nothing! only a few minor points that the coat rack kept falling off, the shower blocked up slightly when used and the kitchen sides didn’t look overly clean when we arrived but these were only minor points and didn’t impact our amazing stay!
