No breakfast. Location just off the south side of Arno with easy access to restaurants and points of interest. For us just a stop over for early morning flight. Perfectly adequate

Interesting building - probably a former cantina. Long and narrow with good kitchen and bathroom facilities but a bit cramped. I wouldn't have liked to stay more than a day or so. No casual seating facilities only fold down dining chairs. Definitely only for two people, although a variety of fold down beds available.

Everthing was super clean...well thought out for guests...above all, the kindness and availability of hosts

The very small size of the apartment is probably adequate for a couple and 2 children, but we were 4 adults and the use of the bathroom and kitchen was awkward, due to having to pass over a sleeping person in the way. Perhaps the maximim amount of guests should be three.
