Hot water boiler temperamental, cutting out mid shower resulting in a cold shower, outside area tired, garden furniture very old, didn't impact on us as didn't use them, but items in outside store very dirty covered in cobwebs, would have needed a good scrub before use.
GBLovely Caravan very clean and quiet. Had everything we needed, the PS4 gaming console was a nice touch since we have young children. Overall a great 2 days holiday break, we will be booking again. Thanks so much

The only problem we had was the hot water wasn't working..Was only there for 2 days so didn't report it until the day we left.So really was our fault for not reporting it sooner ..I did report it on the day we left and we got an immediate reply saying they would have come out immediately to rectify the problem.
GBGBEasy no issues with getting in accommodation very nice very clean well equipped site was well maintained a lot of facilities on site but we did not use them as we were only there for x5 nights but they were there !!! We loved it and thank you we are considering buying a mobile home seriously on Golden Palm site. We are a older couple and it was ideal for us
As the site is large we found it difficult at first to find the mobile home but once located presented no problems. It is a short walk to the reception area but didn't present us with issues. .
GBGBGBCaravan was perfect. Very clean. Had absolutely everything in there that was needed. Bed linen and hand towels were provided so only had to take bath towels. We had a lovely stay!
Nothing. We had a few problems with the boiler but that was a minor issue that we managed to sort ourselves.
