Apartment in Selly Oak - Parking Included 20CC

Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. Apartment is modern and location is very good. Some small details of improvement needed but overall a good stay. Location felt safe and within walking distance of many places. Free allocated parking space was definitely a bonus and one thing that attracted me to the property. Hosts were responsive and polite. Would stay here again

Sofa was extremely smelly it was a struggle to sit on and relax. Bed very soft and quite small given the size of the room. Either need a new sofa or TV in the bedroom to fully be able to relax and unwind. Not enough plug sockets throughout the property and some extension cables would have been appreciated, no plug sockets around the bed for phone charging. A lamp in the living room would have created nice ambience. Very hot in the property and no instruction on how to use the thermostat. Wardrobe provided but no hangers. Towel rail and hand towel needed

Private parking, nice and quiet,

Some very bad smells going on throughout. Stale smoke smell and strong smell of mould in the bathroom. The person in the apartment below was hanging out his door smoking frequently, so if I had to guess the smell is rising. Which is a shame because that isn’t really the owners fault. The mattress was very uncomfortable, springs sticking out everywhere. Cleanliness in general was quite poor.

The location was great and the free parking space was handy.

We were really disappointed with our stay, primarily due to the extremely poor-quality mattress. It was unstable, far too small for two people, and felt worn out with broken springs. Throughout the night, we could feel the mattress springs poking us, and even the bed frame pressing against us, making for a highly uncomfortable sleep. The mattress was clearly old and in desperate need of replacement. Beyond the bed, the apartment had a damp smell, and the fridge emitted a foul odor. While the sofa appeared clean, sitting on it triggered sneezing and itching, suggesting it wasn’t properly maintained. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was lacking. Basic necessities were also missing—there was no handwash in the bathroom, and the kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking even a cloth to wipe surfaces. For the price we paid, we expected at least a clean and functional space, even if amenities were minimal. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even the most basic standards. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made, especially to the mattress and overall cleanliness.

Nice clean place tv with all the smart functions and the most comfortable sofa i wanted to keep it haha as its soo huge too! Plus loved having the balcony off the lounge all round nice and quite place to switch off and relax and sooo cheap iv paid more for just a poxy room in the past but yhe entire lovely apartment to myself even has all appliances dishwasher washing machine shame not a dryer thats abiyt it that's needed though cabt fault it really! 7thank you!

Not bring able to move in!? Let me know if any available long term affordable arrangements haha seriously!

This property was lovely, clean , easy to find with great access to selly oak retail and surrounding areas. I could not fault the stay at all.
