Clean amenities, complete facilities

It was a far, uphill walk to the actual Twin Lakes Mall. We chose this specific accommodation because other reviews noted its proximity to the restaurants, but it was actually quite far and with the hot weather, was rather an uncomfortable hike. We could have easily brought a car up but parking slots were limited. It would have been nice if the building provided a shuttle service uphill.

I liked the spacious hallway and the room. The veranda was huge, too. You can enjoy sipping coffee while chatting with friends and enjoying the nice picturesque of Taal Volcano. The caretaker was very responsive and accommodating.

The shower has only half enclosure so the water splashes outside when taking a bath, making the floor outside very wet.

Accessible, clean, pets are allowed, extra beddings

Towels provided were old and stained

Very nice and comfy room. Excellent view of taal.

Room was double booked when we arrived and had to wait a bit for a replacement room.

Beautiful view of Taal Volcano. It was very clean and modern facilities. My friends and I love the place so much and will definitely come back 🥰🥰🥰
