Communication with the host was good, with quick response to inquiries or requests. Unit was clean and comfortable. Building reception and guards were friendly and helpful.

We had no internet connection upon check-in until just before we checked-out. So, we could not use the TV for entertainment nor connect our devices to the internet. However, the host was able to resolve the issue just before we left.

Travelled with my family including kids and stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean , comfortable and well maintained. With complete kitchen utensils which allowed us to cook our breakfast. With awesome view from balcony. Responsive owner. Decent wifi (fiber with about 50mbps). With netflix. With dedicated parking space. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Nothing really. A microwave and hand towels would be plus.

The place was accessible, secured and quite big. They also have a strong wifi.

My friends and I were disappointed with our stay due to the ff: 1. They had a power outage and the caretaker and/or the owner didnt inform us beforehand so we had to evacuate the place at 9AM and find for a new accommodation since we need to attend a wedding that day. What a inconvenience, right? 2. The living room was nice and cold. However, the sofa and rug was dirty. The sofa has a off- smell while the rug has alot of stains. It seems that they never washed the rug since it was bought. 3. It takes ages to receive our refund. Mind you, i havent received the refund and it has been two weeks already.

SUPERB!! As in! Owner - very responsive Room - clean, spacious, family-friendly, clean sheets, lots of outlets, pwedeng magpagulong gulong sa luwag Amenities - high-end i must say! they were very well thought of, it shows that the owner thinks about what the tenants need and want. New fridge, huge TV with Netflix, compelete utensils, love the dinnerware, chic furnitures, water heater, lots of outdoor seating area, lovely swing, xtra mattresses, and the list goes on! Special mention on ecofriendly shampoo/body wash since they are on refillable bottles vs single use containers. Kudos! Balcony - personal favorite! despite being on the lower level, it has serene views of the lush mountain and lake, no "Taal" view but its super fine! So relaxing, feels safe, and the ambience is perfect for nature lovers. Mga ibon lang maririnig mo, and wildlife 💙
