W35- Boutique Apartments, Best Location by BQA

Very clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, pillows were like clouds. Shower was powerful and it was such a lovely apartment. Really amazing location and would stay again. Bar over the road which served lovely cold beer and a little mini market on the corner. Restaurants very close to you.

Not able to turn the hallway lights off as this let a lot of light into our room from under the door frame. I had to put my coat and pillows by the bottom of the door to stop the light from coming through. Shower door top roller hinge wasn’t on the rail properly and during my shower it came off and hit my foot causing it to bleed. Didn’t receive instructions on how to get in so had to call and speak to an advisor to guide us through with the codes etc.

Apartman je u centru Budimpešte i jednostavno ga je pronaći, osoblje je jako obzirno i pristupacno i stvarno se pobrinu za goste. Smještaj je lijepo uređen.

Apartman djeluje prostranije na slikama i čistoća je mogla biti na malo većoj razini.

Location was great. Communication was very good. The shower was good.

The beds were just ok. The duvets were two singles for a king-size bed and they just felt too small. The street is a loud street which had a constant supply of noise throughout the night. Not the apartments fault but worth a mention.

I really like the apartment we get much of them how much we spent money

Die Unterkunft war zentral.

Beim Betreten des Hauses waren wir erstmal sprachlos – und nicht im positiven Sinn. Der Hausflur wirkt heruntergekommen, der Fahrstuhl ist ein Relikt aus einer anderen Zeit und nichts für schwache Nerven. In der Wohnung selbst dachten wir zunächst: „Na gut, sieht ja aus wie auf den Bildern.“ Doch der Schein trügt. Spätestens beim Öffnen der Badezimmertür kam der Schock – ein beißender, modriger Geruch, der einem buchstäblich den Atem raubt. Die Duschkabine fällt beim Benutzen fast auseinander, Rost überall, und ohne geschlossene Badezimmertür stinkt die ganze Unterkunft. Auch sonst ist „Ausstattung“ hier ein sehr großzügiger Begriff: eine Tasse, kaum Küchenutensilien, ein fleckiger Teppich neben dem Bett und ein Fenster, das sich weder richtig schließen noch abdichten lässt – also kalt und laut. WLAN war zwischenzeitlich ausgefallen, Handtücher gab es zunächst nur zwei. Der Vermieter reagiert zwar zügig, aber umgesetzt wurde es erst nach zwei Tagen. Fazit: Wir waren heilfroh, als der Aufenthalt vorbei war. Die guten Bewertungen sind für uns ein Rätsel – lasst euch davon besser nicht täuschen.

1- I was waiting like stupide in front of the building without receiving any code or information to access 2- Building is like in horror movie , i have picture to share if you ask 3- Room was very noisy and dirty 4- After i check out , one guy send me message on whatsup that they didn’t find the access card which i left in the box and then he said yes he found and after an hour he send me a link to pay extra 100 euro because upon his story they found cigarettes and the room was non smoker , I answered him that I don’t even smoke, and there is no signs i. the appartment shows that smoking is not allowed and even I checked my booking contract policie , there is no policy mentioning that it is non smoker , and he send me a fine from his mind 100 euro to pay by sending me a LINK?!!! 5- Bed is not comfortable
