Clean house, comfortable beds. Nice bath :-)

Two things which were not user friendly 1. When you book via booking you are not aware that there are other conditions like 600 euro deposit or 56 euro damage something (insurance?) which is non refundable. It is not such a big deal and it is not about these 56 euro, but simply doesn't feel good. We recommend this to be described in advance prior your booking. 2. Heating. We couldn't manage it, it was a bit cold, the guests are not supposed to go on a course of how to deal with that. Recommendation to find another way for the heating and warming the house.
