There was no welcome pack and no free view tv we left a message on the answerphone about not getting the free view channels but nobody got back to us

Lovely place, great location, every clean and tidy. The owner sent me check‐in message beforehand if fantastic info. Nice clear instructions on how to get into the accommodation and seceral places of where to park nearby

The bed was tad uncomfortable for my spine (please note: I have lower back issues)

A fantastic location - The Coach House could not be more central to all the attractions of Hereford. The property was very clean and comfortable.

I stayed during one of the hottest days of the century! A small fan would have been useful.
