We overall had a pleasant stay at Nuuch, the house was spacious, nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The outside environment around the house is very pretty. There is a water filter installed directly at the tap, so you can enjoy clean water without having to resort to bottles.

There were a few things that we didn't like and that prevented us from fully enjoying our stay: Firstly, to enter the house you need a key card, which you also need to put into a cardholder inside the house to start the electricity. Given that there are 3 rooms in the house, and as such potentially 3 couples, one would expect that there would be 3 key cards available to the guests. When we requested to have at least a second key card, the owners denied our request and told us they "don't give more than one key card." Given that the door lock also features a code, we asked if we could get the code, which the owners also denied. After insisting, they finally gave us a second key card but mentioned that we would have to pay 100$ if we lost it, which is excessive as these plastic cards cost less than 1$. Secondly, right when we checked in, we found the pool to be very dirty, covered with some sort of white foam. We sent the owners a picture of that, and they "promised" the pool had been cleaned and kept asking why we thought it was dirty, despite seeing the picture (see below for yourselves)... They finally got someone to come and clean it after some time, but as with the key cards, they were very reluctant to do anything at all. One other thing that bothered us was the construction noise in the morning, that woke us up. Insulation was not the best. A few other things also need to be mentioned, for example the ceiling fan in the master bedroom that was inoperative; the kettle's thermostat that was broken, meaning that the water would boil and never stop until it was switched off manually (which could cause a severe injury); and also the fact that there were a lot of insects in the house, including cockroaches.

The location was perfect! Apartment was stocked with everything you need, quite private and lovely all around. Nicely decorated
