The apartment was in a fantastic location, just steps from the beach, and I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway.

One small point for improvement would be the front door lock of the apartment, it felt a bit less secure than I would have liked. Upgrading the locking system would give guests extra peace of mind.

"Good comfortable Stay"

Great location walking distance in town to everything, place was very clean and tidy and there was lost of room for the three couples that we stayed with. Plenty of facilities and good links to local activities in the area. Price was reasonable.

While there were plenty of facilities, the shower didn't really work properly and the sink upstairs was blocked and wouldn't unblock for a long period of time. Also the main door from the street to the flat was broken so you didn't actually need a key to get in meaning there was only the flat door between you and outside.

"Finger weg!"

Die Lage ist nah am Meer.

Das war mit Abstand die schlechteste und vor allem nicht preisgerechteste Unterkunft die ich je bei Booking gebucht habe. Ok, es war das Festival of Speed an diesem Wochenende, aber 950€ pro Nacht für so eine „Wohnung“ … das ist schon mehr als frech. Das Wasser ging einen Abend nicht, am nächsten Morgen konnte man nur kalt duschen. Zu Wenig Decken und einfach ein absolut ungerechtfertigter Preis. Nachdem ich dem Vermieter auf die Mängel hingewiesen hab kam nichtmal ein Feedback.

Stayed for the Goodwood Speed Festival, the proximity was convenient.

Not very comfortable for 4 adults.
