La struttura è nuova, con un buon arredamento. L’appartamento ha anche un piccolo portico di fronte.

Dalle foto purtroppo avevamo visto che l’appartamento avesse più spazio all’interno delle camere. Avevamo solo un fornello ad induzione di fronte al letto con un piccolo lavandino. Tutto sommato, per il tempo in cui ci siamo stati, non è stato un problema rilevante.

"Lovely decorated, very central"

Cute historical building in a very central location in Orosei. Very well equipped and maintained, the landlady was very friendly and gave us plenty of tips as well as the history of the house. If you’re so inclined, there are grills available for cooking with charcoal.

"Soggiorno perfetto all' insegna di Relax e tranquillità."

Pulizia e cura dell' appartamento inappuntabili. Bello, curato e accogliente. Salottino e cucina degni di nota...forse aggiungerei un forno... Proprietari super gentili e disponibili. Giuseppina e Giorgio ci hanno saputo accogliere, consigliare posti stupendi per cenare e spiagge bellissime. Ambiente esterno intimo e accogliente che offre la possibilità di sentirsi a casa propria. Area aperitivo e tavolini in veranda, sala servizi con lava-asciuga e accessori vari e perdino piante di maracuja che il sig. Giorgio ci ha fatto trovare quotidianamente a disposizione! Tutto perfetto!

NIENTE. Ovviamente bisogna aver consapevolezza che stando in centro città, sulla via centrale, ci potrebbero essere dei piccoli problemi per il parcheggio se lo si cerca proprio davanti a casa. Ma sinceramente noi non abbiamo mai parcheggiato più distante di 200 metri! Praticamente è stato tutto perfetto Se proprio devo, consiglio di installare un secondo vetro a scorrere nella doccia per evitare di allagare mezzo bagno ogni sera. Ma con le giuste accortezze può andare anche così!

"Not convient for a longer stay"

She proposed us a bigger room

The Wifi is quasi non existent and works very badly. There are no mosquito nets on the windows so you only have the option to let you bite or to swear. Far too few hooks for the towels, only soap no shampoo, no possibility to put it away in the shower. An italian cafeteria for one cup only makes it difficult to have breakfast together. In short, very minimalistic. I had to contact the owner twice to get the check-in details. Ni change of towels during the week
