Al Kiswah Tower 5 Hotel

The staff were absolutely rude and not helpful, was in reception area waiting 2 staff finishes their conversations and let me wait and ignored me that I exist. I was fuming, unbelievable, then later on i told him do u speak English, he replied yes after i finished my complaint about the water boiler is not working, he told me only arabic, i was waiting for new water boiler for 2 days, then i just took off left the hotel and went to Mecca tower hotel where i felt respected . Never going to recommend that hotel even for free.( I spoke about the water boiler to hotel receptionist, he replied, yes i will change it, later on I comback,but nothing was fixed, i called the receptionist , she said ABSHiR, it means don't worry, again nothing happened. Unbelievable)

Considering I'm visiting in low season, I found the room to be fairly decent. The only concern I have is that there was no hot water in the bathroom. The front desk staff seems to be working at full capacity. I wonder how much worse it will be in Hajj.

It was afordable, bus was free to kaaba

Close to the Mecca. Great staff. Close to a lot of locations like restaurants in shopping centers

No customer service response over the phone at all. The automated voice simply keeps us waiting forever.
