GBThe room came with a very friendly and well-behaved dog called Snoopy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm. I particularly appreciated the bottle of water provided by Tamsin, it saved me from using the bathroom taps like in most rooms I have stayed in. The room was excellent value for money.
The shower could be more powerful, and it would have been nice to meet Tamsin.

The advertisement which led me to believe that this was a peaceful stay, was sadly the opposite for me. The TV I could hear from the living room below me. I could hear the daughter in the room behind me talking with here boyfriend. The daughter and her boyfriend running up and down the stairs shouting at intervals, after the husband left the house "shouting that mum will be back soon" Leaving me being the only adult in the property, which is not ideal. After I decided to leave and liaising with booking.com (at the same time), who could hear the noise over the phone. The mother turned up. I explained the noise, and I was offered the other bedroom which should be quieter, although the damage was done for me by the point. Probably not suitable for working professionals, who would expect to experience what is said on the tin. As well one bathroom between 2 teenagers, and 2 adults excluding myself was off putting.
