Nice Vintage ap next to Grand Hotel (Ex Inter)

The location is great. The host was very flexible in meeting me on the sidewalk to bring me into the apartment. It was easy to communicate with him. The living space was a studio layout, but it felt very spacious. I didn't feel crowded by furniture or my own things. There is a washer/dryer duo in the bathroom, which was appreciated after traveling for 5 days already. I liked that the refrigerator was larger, not dorm-size. Upon departure, it was easy to return the key and leave at my convenience. The host was flexible with timing.

To get light and air in, you can open the large patio door/windows, but to get air in, you have to open the curtains and it feels like people across the fence can see right in - maybe only an issue as a single woman. I would have loved to have had an electrical outlet closer to the bathroom mirror so I could plug in my curling iron and see myself in the mirror while I used it. I had to use a pocket mirror propped up on a shelf in the living area. Neither of these things are dealbreakers though.

The apartment is really close to the city center and to the metro stop. The room is big, bed was comfortable, everything was clean. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and they let us stay longer on the day we checked out, which was really nice. All in all- I really recommend this place!

The heating in the bathroom did not work and it was freezing there (we stayed in December) but after connecting with the owner it turned out there is a small electric heater in the apartment that we could use in the bathroom to make it better.

Excellent location. Impeccably clean. The comfiest bed and very quiet at night. Was allowed to keep our room for longer as we had a night flight. Next door to a coffee shop, cake shop and taxi rank. Perfect 🤩

A shower with a holder on the wall would have made it easier to wash my hair. Other than that no complaints. They have thought of everything!

Property was close to metro and everything was walking distance. Very nice interior too! Host was very responsive and accommodated our request.

It was close to the old town and the center.

The bathroom and the kitchen were not cleaned for months and several surfaces were disgusting: dirt and stains on the bath tube and the sink, spiders nests over the window and dirty sieves, the broken chandelier that was ready to fall, dust over the freezer, the wardrobe and the tv, the light was very low due to burned out lamps, the bed sheet had blood stains... The first morning we asked the host to clean the place, providing photos of several spots and he told us that he would send the cleaning service. In the afternoon upon our return, nothing was changed. All dirt was there.

Location is the biggest advantage of the apartment. Big clean room and bathroom. Small details like umbrella and fresh coffee filter add to overall experience

To get to the apartment is a journey with 2 gates and quite a old and used entryway
