There's lots to like about this place: Space Lots of storage 2 toilets and a bath Little thoughtful extras Safe and secure Homely Clean Friendly and responsive host Outside space And the list does go on, but these are my top thoughts.

There are signs of ageing and deterioration. A few little changes could notch the overall rating up quite quickly. The gate with the pin code lock is rather frustrating in the dark to contend with. The pillows and mattress are budget over comfort. The bedding is also full polyester... Sorry, probably too much fussy detail on that one!

It's exactly as the pictures show it. Great, timely, clear communication.

Down stairs toilet was unusually configured. You would struggle to sit on the toilet and close the door. Just us the upstairs toilet instead.
