Nije nam se svidjela nemogućnost ulaska u stan bar da se ostavi prtljaga prije chek in,iako u stanu nije bilo gostiju . Stan je lijep ali kuhinja je bila jako neuredna i neočišćena..Pogotovo posuđe za jelo.

Not much actually - Very Very disappointed tbh Upon checking is we noticed so many cleaning and Maintenance issues which I reported to the hosts. I then spent the next many hours discussing these issues into the early hours of the following morning. We were in Malta celebrating a special occasion. This apartment suffered with quite a few maintenance issues a couple could be described as fairly serious ( loose raining on metal and glass balcony) balcony door latch and lock broken - so could not lock the door. Uncomfortable beds - old rusty oven and stove - freezer iced up - to black mould on bathroom ceiling I was shocked as this should have been picked up and sorted . There’s lots more but I’m trying to forget this as despite informing that we were coming to celebrate a special occasion felt totally let down. Hopefully that management will check things out and resolve these issues We were so disappointed and let down that after a long conversation during the early morning of the following day where the offer of them sending the cleaning team to resolve - rejected as 1. This should have been resolved prior to our arrival - plus it would take many hours to resolve. 2. Plus the maintenance team would need to sort the loose wobbly balcony Air dryer was held together with bandage. Dirty old plastic table on balcony ! Rubbish bucket just left there . Balcony not cleaned large black stains - furniture requires fixing Large corner batch had an enamel chip enamel missing. Holes in balcony net curtains. Rusty implements etc Issues with toilets and other items reported to the company. June that I spoke to was extremely helpful which I did find helpful.

As above . Instead of checking in relaxing and enjoying. We had to liaise with the management for hours about the above . These people charge a large deposit too! And leave an itinerary that was obviously done ages ago as almost none of the pictures are receipt and most certainly do not represent the current state of the apartment in its current condition. I’m currently still in contact with the managers to resolve this oversight on there behalf Also hopefully they will ensure that this apartment is bought back up to par.

Un manque évident d' entretien Qui gâche les atouts de cet appartement Mitigeur cuisine qui fuit Pommeau de douche qui fuit Moisi au plafond de salle de bains de la chambre parentale Pas de porte de douche Lumière au plafond de la SDB qui clignote Porte d' entrée de l' immeuble avec un gros problème de barillet Plus de 10 minutes pour arriver à ouvrir la porte Après plusieurs appels à la propriétaire on nous demande d' être plus "gentilles" avec la serrure Heureusement que la porte d' accès par le garage était ouverte

Perfect location/clean/spacious.

Broken door handle and "capricious" flush in the smaller bathroom. Unpleasant smell from the sewage.
