Super Cozy 4 Bedroom - Sleeps 10 Great for families and professionals

Absolutely nothing

Worst condition ripped sofa, broken headboard, carpets were absolutely filthy stains everywhere, outdoor furniture was dirty and very unsturdy, leaking bathroom faucet in shower one sofa smells like pee. Tried using can opener broke as we tried using it.

Lots of space and separation of bedrooms made this perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Location was great. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Some minor fixes and updates would do great for this house. I'd stay at this place again if I'm in the area.

Needs some updating in the master bathroom. Would recommend blinds or some privacy window coverings in bedroom. A thin set of curtains didn't feel very private. Full size coffee maker would be a great addition to the kitchen. The floor throughout the house needs to be fixed. Kept pinching our feet on the gapped floor slats that would shift. Shower handles are reversed (hot and cold water is reversed).

Welcoming home for a family. Groceries and cleaning supplies were provided. Living instructions were clearly provided.

The owner was super nice, and the home location was so convenient! The neighborhood was great, and we had our own rooms, which made the stay more enjoyable than a hotel room. We were even offered a huge discount for our next stay because the owner wanted to make our stay more enjoyable since the home was currently getting fixed after a previous tenant messed the place up.

The party before us trashed the place and broke some things like the front door and punched some holes in the walls. We were unable to use one of the bedrooms, so one of us had to sleep on the couch in the living room. Almost all of the kitchen utensils were dirty and caked in old food. We also found the water pressure to be so low in the kitchen that it was near impossible to get the dishes clean by hand. The front yard was also littered with broken glass.
