GBGBGBVery roomy house. Nice tray of complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Nice furnishings.
Too many air fresheners☹️ No teapot! Back garden full of weeds and no cushions for garden chairs so couldn’t use even though weather nice. NO HAIRDRYERS! Be aware Drive narrow and full of bins! Cars parked all along the road opposite made turning into and out of drive difficult If 10 people staying not enough room to be seated in the dining area. Master bedroom had long bank of wardrobes but they were full of stuff so only tiny space for hanging clothes. Desborough has one seated Indian restaurant and a whole row of fast food take away shops! There is a fantastic Italian restaurant a 20 minute walk from the property and well worth a visit! There where some issues which we reported to the owners.

GBGBPlenty of room for us all and it was close to the event we were attending. It was very stylish.
We didn’t have clean sponges to wash the dishes or dish cloths to dry them. One of the beds was uncomfortable but the rest were good.
