CHZentrale Lage. Der Vermieter war auch Sonntags ansprechbar.
Die Unterkunft war nicht einmal Besenrein geputzt bei Ankunft. Ich habe den Vermieter gefragt, ob ich 13:00Uhr statt 15:00Uhr einchecken kann. Die Antwort war nein wegen Reinigung. Ich habe bis 15:30Uhr gewaetet - vor der Tür und kein Reinigungspersonal war da. Die Dusche weist am Boden in der Ecke Schimmel auf. Die Fenster sind vom Regen und Innen von Mücken verschmutzt. Im Aufzug gibt es eine Warnung Airbnb verboten im Haus. Bei Ankunft erhält man die Anweisung beim Pförtner oder Wachmann zu sagen, man sei zu Besuch bei einem Freund! Dies ist also eine illegale Vermietung! Man sollte der Sache nachgehen. In den Schränken hat es noch liegengeiassene Kleider, Schuhe, Selviestiick, usw… Die Steckdosen Hülse im Wohnzimmer hängt sich von der Wand ab. Das Induktionskochfeld war mit eingebrannten überkochten versehen. Ich habe die ganze Wohnung zuerst gereinigt, bevor ich sie nutzte.

All the towels were super old and the toilet was blocked and there was no heating at all. I ended up having to sleep in my puffer jacket during my stay because the heat just didn’t work, which was tough in the -8 degree winter in Seoul. I tried to reach out but got nothing back. The phone didn’t connect, (probably the owner’s number is not used) and even though I shot off a bunch of emails, I didn’t get any responses. There were signs all over saying it was against the law to rent out the place to guests.
GBIt's well located and comfortable
It's an illegal rental in violation of building rules. Essentially, you have to sneak around and lie about why you are in the building. Very uncomfortable. And it could result in someone being kicked out suddenly.
