- The best thing about this accommodation is its location. - There is a nice view. - You can do a variety of shopping - There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. - You also have the ferries and bus stop near by if needed. - The rooms were very clean. - Kitchen was very well equipped with a stove, oven and microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

I felt overall they prioritize financial gain over customer comfort. I checked with customer service in advance to see if there was a separate washer and dryer. They said that yes. I thought they would install it quickly. But there wasn't. The washing machine with capacity of 5 kg. Being asked for a deposit wasn't cheap made me very uneasy. Even if we didn't damage the room, it's difficult to prove that. During the stay, I was asked if my stay was comfortable. If I don't report the rooms condition now, they might think I had damaged it, so I told several things. And gave feedback. About the place itself, that made our stay stressful are, - The bathroom in the master bedroom doesn't have a door - We thought this would be handled. - In the master bedroom, there was noise from the building's machine system, but it sounded like a torrent river 24 hours a day. - The other bathroom, the water kept having water going down. - None of the bedrooms have transparent windows, so they felt dark and windows couldn't be opened of looking into shafts, giving off heat and bad air. - We had trouble with locking the balcony door. - No curtains of living room, so we felt no privacy at night. - The dishwasher trays were broken. - One of A/C was dropping water inside. The other kept going on standby and we couldn't fix the setting. - Some beds and chairs were wobbly. - Not all bedrooms had nightstands. There was no response about the inspection for the deposit unless we asked. There are no response to the suggestions for improvement we provided.

The location is amazing. The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and we had a lovely bottle of wine in our welcome pack. We used the washing machine and dishwasher and both worked really well. Good instructions on how to use everything and recommended places to eat and visit. The owners have really thought about making life easy for their guests.

The blinds on the front windows did not work. There is no door on the en suite bathroom.

Such a perfect location for access to transport and dining options (Giorgio's became a favourite). Clean, spacious and well equiped apartment. Bedrooms are away from the noise of the road front and traffic. There are a couple of small supermarkets/food-stores within walking distance if you are self catering. Good communication from hosts.

Having to provide credit card details online to a third party (the property managers) for security deposit of €500, when we'd already paid for accommodation up front at time of booking. In the end it was fine, the deposit was returned to us, but it just felt a bit unsafe.
