Really nice and helpfull people. They waited for us when our train was delayed by 2 hours and we were late for check in

exceptional value for money and right next to the imperial city. really really lovely! the staff helped arrange our transport on very short notice as well!

wouldn’t change a thing

Location is perfect for Imperial Palace. We love the fact that there are local eateries just round the corner too in this quiet neighbourhood. Room we had was really clean with plenty of power sockets; Wi-Fi was strong and we enjoyed watching Netflix while staying in. I liked that we were given indoor slippers upon arrival with locker for outdoor shoes. Chi kindly suggested a nice local restaurant and even helped us with taxi booking.

Fantastic position, very very close to the main historical highlights. Very helpful host, bikes for free, totally calm area with a good number of nearby pho restaurants and coffee shops. Our room was super clean and bathroom freshly renovated.

Nice modern room and very clean. Location was close to Ancient Citadel. Chi was friendly and gave us a good restaurant recommendation.

The room was very hot when we arrived, it would have been nice to have the air conditioning on in advance as it’s very hot in July and we had advised of our arrival time. The bed was extremely firm (and I usually like firm beds)
