"Estudio con balcón" A 9 min en metro del centro de Sevilla

Proche metro aux portes de seville. Très joli appartement, impeccable.

Assez bruyant (rue passante+grand immeuble)

El alojamiento estaba limpio, los anfitriones contestaron súper rápido.

El barrio donde se ubica el alojamiento no me gustó. Tampoco me gustó el hecho de que es una casa dividida en tres mini pisos separados por una pared muy fina, en resumen, se escucha todo.

Aparentemente estaba limpio. Es lo único que podría decir.

1-Localización. 2-Edificio viejo, lleno de pintadas por dentro y ruidoso. 3-El baño no tiene puerta. Es todo diáfano con lo cual si vas con tu pareja o amigo no tienes privacidad ninguna. Muy mal esto. 4-Colchón de piedra. Incómodo.

Balkon olması güzel, sigara içenler için çok iyi. Fiyatı uygun.

Banyo ve tuvalet odadan ayrılmamış, arada bir kapı veya duvar yok. Yalnız kalmayacak kişiler için uygun değil. Televizyonda sadece İspanyolca yerel kanallar vardı başka bir seçenek sunulmamış ( youtube, netflix vs). Bina ve asansör çok kalabalıktı, asansör ara ara bozuldu ve çok dardı. Ayrılırken de bozuktu elimizde bavullarla dar merdivenlerden 5 kat aşağı indik. Tesis yetkilisi ile iletişim mümkün değil sadece kalacağımız gün bir mesaj attı o kadar. Bir daha burayı tercih etmem ama bir defalık işimizi gördü.

El edificio donde está ubicado

The location is genuinely only about a 9-minute walk from the metro, and although the neighborhood felt a bit unusual at first, it turned out to be completely safe. There are children outside even in the evenings and locals casually going to the corner shop in their pajamas, so I never felt uncomfortable. Both elevators in the building were working, and the apartment itself was renovated and very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. The metro ride to the city center was quick, only around 10 minutes, and extremely affordable at about €0.70 per trip. The residents in the building were friendly as well, and overall I felt the place offered good value for money.

The metro can get very crowded, although I always managed to fit in somehow. The apartment is also a bit farther from the city center. The biggest downside for me was the very thin walls: since people in Spain tend to be active late at night, the neighbor above us walked around quite loudly in something like wooden slippers until about 1:30 AM.
