το πόσο βρώμικο ήταν το κλιμακοστάσιο για να ανέβουμε 4-5 ορόφους με τα πόδια σαν εγκαταλελημένο κτίριο. Θα μπορούσε να μπαίνει οποιοσδήποτε μέσα μιας και η πόρτα ήταν πάντα ορθάνοιχτη Το ασανσερ δεν δουλεύει καιρό ενώ όταν τηλεφωνήσαμε στον ιδιοκτήτη μας είπε ότι δούλευε ενω ενημερωθήκαμε ότι δεν δουλεύει πολύ καιρό. Ο συντροφός μου έχει σοβαρό θέμα με το πόδι του δεν μας ενημερώσε κανείς ήταν πολλή δύσκολη η πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο από τις σκάλες. Και το δωμάτιο μύριζε αποχέτευση συνέχεια. Μείναμε το πρώτο βράδυ μόνο παρόλο ότι είχαμε κλείσει 2 διανυκτερεύσεις . Το επόμενο πρωί φύγαμε και μείναμε σε άλλο κατάλυμα.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well arranged with everything you need for a short stay., and in a great location - close to shops, sights, restaurants and hangout spots the host was super kind and helpful, especially with tips about accessibility and parking. Just a heads up: The street is very narrow, making loading and unloading tricky. The parking garage the host recommends is right across the main street - very nice and worth the 15€/day. Avoid the smaller lot behind the building, which might seem convenient but is a trap - costs the same as the parking garage to park outside and entrust your car keys to incredibly rude unprofessional staff (especially one woman).

Accessibility from the street is a challenge.

The property is in a very good location - 5 minutes away from a lot of restaurants and clubs, 15 minutes away from the quay.

The apartment is perfect! Its clean cozy, and it 3 min walking from the Ladadika area of Thessaloniki where the nightlife. Also there are a lot of tavernas and places to eat around. It's close to the shops as well, it's located perfectly! There is a parking lot 2min from the apartment (around 15euros daily) so you can easily park the vehicle there. The apartment has perfect terrace and it's facing quiet area which is perfect for light sleepers. Definitely will be coming here again.

The mattress for the double bad is very soft, I recommend changing it to a newer and harder one because you can easily feel and wake up when someone rotates sides during sleeping.

The accommodation is excellent, very clean, there is a parking lot nearby as well as the city center, but the street is quiet and peaceful. We received very accurate and precise information from the owner. We had a problem with the car during the arrival and we arrived much later than we told the owner, but it was not a problem. We had a problem that we locked the door and forgot the key in the apartment, and the owner came very quickly, less than 5 minutes, and we are very grateful to him. All recommendations. The terrace is large, and from one part you can see part of the sea.
