The shower was great but the heat was unbearable! Could never go to sleep!

The unbearable heat! It was like trying to sleep in the ninth circle of hell!

"Best place in El Paso"

Great old house conversion in a picturesque location in old El Paso, Texas. Actually, I never saw any staff which made it confusing to check in, but with the help of your customer service department I managed to get Into my room and was pleasantly surprised.

"nice stay overall."

location was nice. we liked walking to coffee shop down the road to get coffee in the morning. place is unique like a cute boutique hotel.

shower head needs work. wouldn’t stay up, you have to hold it. Also, not enough towels- no washcloths only one hand towel and 2 bath towels. extra towels are always nice. also no dish towels or paper towels in kitchen. sponge for washing dishes was old and looked gross. it’s always nice to have a new sponge or fresh dish towel to wash dishes.

it was a beautiful stay I loved the old decor! the house itself was very beautiful!

I wish the bathtub was a little cleaner! we had no wash rags! and u should definitely change the shower head it's not practical!

CASA MINA#5 was a pleasant stay! I loved my view of the Franklin mountains from the kitchen windows during my morning coffee and evening views during dinner. Soaking in the fabulous clawfoot tub wS a treat for a weary traveler! The bed and pillows were amazing! I met amazing fellow travelers who stayed there and overall it was a relaxing experience! I will definitely be back!

The place was clean and cozy, nicely decorated. It was close to stores and restaurants. The ac worked great.

I had problems with the code to unlock the door to the Apt. The stove wouldn't turn on.

So cute and really great location.

The only issue was the shower. Had to hold the shower head every time since the way it’s set up doesn’t allow the water to get to you. The shower head will just send it straight to the back of the tub. Other than that it’s great. Lots of little things to make it a great experience.
