The location is great. Close enough to the city centre, metro station and Keleti railway station. Also well connected with the line 100E which runs from the airport.

The facility was worn out: the water in the sink didn’t drain and had a leak beneath. The drawers didn’t have handles and didn’t open properly. The room is much smaller than looks on the photo: for 2 people it’s too tight especially when you don’t have room to store your luggage anywhere. We booked it for 5 nights and on the first day I reported immediately that the room wasn’t cleaned up properly, and nobody came to fix that, also we had to ask for the fresh towels and toilet paper several times and we got the towels but not the toiletries. The bedsheets were covered with stains and plates and cutlery dusty. My friend had to take allergy pills because of amount of dust in the room.

Solo una toalla por persona para los 5 dias que estuvimos. Preguntamos si podían darnos otra limpia y nos dijeron que, claro, por 20€ la toalla.... Nos pareció demasiado!

I really enjoyed my stay. Matteo provided excellent customer service and was always ready to help, though I honestly didn’t need to ask for anything because everything was just perfect. The keyless check-in was super easy, with clear and simple instructions that made the whole process seamless. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay again.

Όταν φτάσαμε δεν ήταν έτοιμο το δωμάτιο. Περιμέναμε 1 ώρα για να το παραλάβουμε.

La posizione è buona

Per primo le pulizie non erano un gran che. Trovato ragnatele dappertutto e polvere sopra i mobili. Il riscaldamento non ha funzionato le prime 3 sere e in più sono stato contattato dalla struttura telefonicamente e dato "istruzioni" per risolvere questa questione da solo su una caldaia a gas. Ho chiesto se potevano fornirci due coperte in più visto che la prima sera faceva freddo e ci è stato detto che non potevano fornirci altre. Le stoviglie non erano pulite bene e i prodotti del bagno te le devi comprare.

The location was very good, with plenty of public transport nearby

The bathroom smelt, making the whole apartment smell. The shower spilled into the whole bathroom meaning we had to have very quick showers so that this did not happen, I could not therefore wash my hair for the whole stay. There was only part of a toilet roll left for our stay, and also the sliding bathroom door was very stiff and find not close fully. I reported both of these matters, and we were told toilet paper had been left, but it hadn't, so we had to go out and buy some. They asked us to send video of the bathroom door, however as we were out sightseeing during the day, we did not do this, nobody came to look. The room was described as superior, but was far too small for 2 people, with nowhere to hang clothes, and no drawers to put clothes in, meaning we had to live out of suitcases. The bed was pushed right up against a wall, meaning my partner struggled to get out at night. We moved it away after the first night, as far as we could, and it found the floor was filthy, so we had to clean it. The coffee maker did not work, but fortunately there was a kettle, so we were able to make tea and coffee, lucky we had brought our own as none were supplied. One of the kitchen cupboards and a kitchen draw had broken handles. We had to put some plastic through so we could use them, see photos.
