Greenry, restaurant staff attitude

Room, facilities, maintenance, response, connectivity and many more issues. Transport facility referred by resort was cheater. Took money and no taxi provided. Reception not picking calls. Swimming pool was not cleaned at all.

Nothing much to like about here, only the location atmosphere is pleasant but with low maintenance

It is a lodge not a resort Many things to say but here are few 1. Their Superior Suite is fake, it starts and ends with the bed only. Fake photos are uploaded for Superior Suite room option. It is a Lodge room literally. 2. Caller phone did not worked 3. No Wifi no internet at all in the room had to go to restaurant to work. 4. At pool the attendant refused to give bath towels. 5. Waste of money deal

The room and style, location was close to HYD. Booking experience with you, The plantation and layout, the cute dogs chao chao chao, the birds and the walking trail.

Over priced for the kind of place it is, not family friendly as they do day outings for youngsters who occupy the pool and you cannot have family feel comfortable. They are charging for a 5 star resort but are no better than an OYO room. I regret choosing this property. We had an ok time there, bathrooms were very dirty and for everything we had to call and get even basics like soap etc had to. be called for , the kettle was not working, geyser in one bathroom is broken.

I like the greenery and ambiance of the resort. Food in the restaurant is good and prices of items also same as an any regular good restaurant in Hyderabad.

I stayed in Haveli. The room in which I stayed is not at the level of other resorts I stayed around Hyderabad. There are too many cockroaches in the room. Shower in the bathroom was not working.
