Great location, very central, canal view, sunset view, very cosy, spacious, very modern, great bath tub, brilliant friendly hosts, full minibar, everything in the room that you could possibly need (from iron to umbrella to first aid kit to every kind of charger and cable). On top of a very friendly local pub (if you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, it is probably not for you, otherwise it is a brilliant, central place to stay!!!)

You can hear and feel ;-) if heavy cars/vans are driving by - but there are not that many so it is not really a big issue.

Lovely room comfy bed great view up canal in a great area. Above a really nice bar. 5 minutes walk from Hendon music venue. 15 min from train station.

Everything

This B&B is very close to Zwolle centrum and at an easy-walking distance from the railway station. It has all the amenities one could need, the bed was very comfortable. The room comes equipped with tea and coffee for the entire period of your stay (at least in my case :)).
