I liked the location of the property. The area was quiet and safe. And the outdoor area was beautiful

The property was not well maintained. The bathroom needs at lot of work and there is mould/mildew in the bathrooms. They don’t mention a fee for late check in which I was charged due to travel delays. I had been late by 30 minutes and was charged an extra R450 which was not documented in any policy prior to the stay.

Good location. Beautiful house with good views . The host communicates well.

WiFi does not reach all the rooms upstairs - should consider an extender. The home is infested with ants even with cleaning - needs fumigation (especially the kitchen and dining areas) Leisure rentals - the company in charge of the lodge took almost 3 weeks to refund the breakage deposit and I have to continuously follow up with them (poor communication)

Excellent location and facilities. Appreciated the great security and children’s play area.

Minor issue but maybe time to upgrade towels. One or two Blinds need repairs.
