You have to grab a taxi or something to anywhere 150-200 peso to sm seaside. unless you feel like walking 1.5km, but if you factor those costs in its still a good value

Hot water was broken and then pool was not opened on Monday until 1pm so was able to use it

The unit owner is easy to communicate with if I have questions. The room is clean and what you see in the pictures are the ones in reality. Cleaning materials and refill of any sort for the condo are provided. The unit is family oriented.

The place is clean and homey. You can cook, wash your clothes, and even swim in their pools. The owner is also accomodating.

Clean and very comfy with very nice amenities, the best i have ever had, it's inspiring for home. If you would spend quite some time inside the condo it's very nice

The localization isn't ideal if you are on foot, you will need to ride a Grab to leave the zone, there is nothing around, sm seaside is 30min by foot away and that's the only attractive thing there

The condo (or apartment), was excellent and met our needs. Two small bedrooms and kitchen (with clothes washing machine) and small bathroom. The facilities in the Condos was also great with access to the pool and gym. The location is pretty good. There are a few small eateries open across at Il Corso (however crossing the road is scary!). Easy short taxi trip to SM Seaside.

There were a few communication issues with the host when we went to pick up the keys, such as getting the name and number of the unit wrong. And then there were no towels when we checked in and we had to wait until the next day to get some. Also on departure we had to wait to hand over the keys and get our cash bond back and the host was quite delayed (a couple of hours). Luckily we were transferring to a relatives house, otherwise if we had a flight we would have been late or missed it. Recommend to improve communication and ease of check in and check out processes. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.

The condo was absolutely stunning. Perfect for a family vacation. I would highly recommend here for a comfortable stay and relaxing time. We used Grab frequently to have things delivered and the security staff were extremely helpful. The owners were very responsive to any messages that I sent and were very thorough in making sure that things in the place exceeded our expectations.

The only complaints we had about the entire trip was the construction in the condo above us so lots of noise around 8 AM every morning. Also the closest stores are at the mall about 1.5 km away. Fortunately there are plenty of taxis and Grab available to help us get around. The condo was perfect though aside from the construction.

The place is very cozy and super clean..It's worth the price
