Landing at The Landing - 1 Bedroom in Clermont

We loved the small neighborhood, it was great for travel and was right next to our destination for the weekend. It’s in a perfect place where you aren’t far from restaurants and stores. Our neighbor was exceptional she was the sweetest, the apartment was amazing and very clean and we were provided small necessities for the stay. The first day we were not able to use the app to unlock our door but was given a password for the lock if the app was not working and then next day I was able to figure out how to set it up. The app provided different instructions, set up the tv’s, explained about everything if you couldn’t understand, and directed us to WiFi/ect.

The only thing that sucked about the property was that it is pure stairs there are no elevators, but it wasn’t a big deal just was hard getting everything upstairs, and when we came in late at night I felt bad like we were waking up the neighbors stomping up the stairs.

Locatioin was good, pretty close to IMS - 14 minute drive. Clean place. felt safe. Cool AC and Warm heat. Enough room in LR for a blow up mattress. Unit 2567-302.

It was located on the third foor...be aware, there is no elevator. The kitchen has the basics for utincils and pots annd pans, but a little spare. The entry was on an automatic app on your phone, somewhat difficult to get used to. The couch dowes not pull out to make a bed.
