Breakfast is not served by the property. However, you have the choice to have anything you wanted for breakfast, as you can prepare your own meal. The kitchen has a large room, very spacious, clean and well equipped - coffee machines, cooking hub, fridge/freezer, microwave. Beverages were offered, nothing was lacking. The property manager checked on us to see if we arrived safely, how we are feeling, if we needed anything. They were ready to offer help and assistance if needed. Very caring. Though we arrived the property later than expected, we didn't have any issues, at all, to check in. We could comfortably collect the key from a safe box; no further phone calls were needed to access the property.

"Hope and haven live in hope"

It was a simple house I could've stayed at home the hope and haven say they have a hot tub which is incorrect. This was the main reason of my stay with the loved one.. there was no laundry facility aacceible l. Also no fire exits one way in and 1 way out through the front door so if there was a fire n thast exit was blocked you was in trouble. The other thing you could not get hold of the property manager on the for some stupid reason. And they Will pass the blame on to booking.com. very unprofessional really bad customer service. By far the worst place I've stayed.

"Lovely house, lovely host."

The house was lovely and big and clean, everything you needed was available (the only thing I would say is I didn't realise you couldn't get out the back door as it was locked to monitor the use of the washing machine) beds were very comfortable. Complimentary soaps, tea, and coffee happily received. The house was situated on a quiet road. Great communication with the host, so checking in was incredibly smooth. 100% recommend. Will definitely book again when I'm in the area.

I can honestly say there wasn't anything I could say I didn't like.
