the bed is too soft, only 1 small mirror in the toilet which is not enough for friends and family

The property was okay for 4 people. It had a nice living room and nice rooms. One of the beds was a little low and therefore can’t be recommended for people that have troubles with health.

The dish washer did not work and the kitchen could be improved.

Nothing. The location is good but not exceptional as Stavanger overall is.

Very bad experience with the apartment,not in line with stavanger and broader Norvegian standard: 1)Hygiene: the apartment was not as clean as it should be, starting from the entrance (see picture with cigarettes there from several days);2) Furniture looks old and not functioning (eg the door of 1 bedroom was not working properly and had a big hole probably the result of a punch!?(see pitcure); 3)the dining room sofa looks old and would require a sofa cover to ensure proper cleaning standard; 4) the bathroom is very small with an incredibly tiny sink, certaintly not adequate to a couple, not to say a family… (see picture). What is disappointing is that while the instructions received seem very structured and in line with Norwegian standard (ask to keep the place clean, ask to respect the waste sorting, etc), nobody informed us upfront above the above issues (the hole in the door is just unacceptable)and on top of that there is just one recycle bin in the kitchen and one in the bathroom with no distinctiom, making the facto impossible to do waste sorting.
