Apartamento 1 hab en La Latina - Madrid Centro

Die Lage war super und man hatte in der Wohnung so ziemlich alles, was man brauchte.

Preis-Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Es ist super klein und eng. Man hat nur Fenster zum dunklen Innenhof ganz unten, also war das Lüften nicht wirklich hilfreich. Bett war sehr ungemütlich und die Bettwäsche schien nicht so frisch und ich war mir unsicher, ob sie gewechselt wurde, da ich Haare und Flecken gesehen habe. Es wird immer betont, dass man vor 15 Uhr nicht reindarf und soll dann aber für eine Gebäckabgabe bezahlen.

De man waar ik de sleutel moest ophalen was heel vriendelijk. De ligging is zeer centraal.

Het was zeer vuil, er lagen haren in de badkamer en muizenkeutels in de slaapkamer. Het was vreselijk

A part l'emplacement, rien

Les photos ont sûrement été faites avec un grand angle donnant l'impression d'espace mais ce n'est qu'une impression. La climatisation ne marche pas , bien qu il y ait un lave linge on ne voit pas où ou pourrait étendre les vêtements. 2 fenêtres donnant sur un couloir sombre bien délabré. Passé la porte de l'entrée de 6 mètres c'est la déception. Pour récupérer la clé et malgré la gentillesse on voit bien que ce n est pas l'activité principale du responsable du point de consigne. De plus l'endroit est bien éloigné de l'appartement . Une caution de 100 euros c'est bien indiqué à la réservation mais aucun état des lieux n est fait ni à l'entrée ni à la sortie. Ventilador sobre la cama muy bueno para las noches de verano, muy bien equipado y buenísima ubicación respecto al centro.

El aire acondicionado habría estado bien que funcionara y había muchas polillas por el apartamento.

La ubicación muy buena y el dpto con todo lo necesario.

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, si bien la habitación tenía un ventilador, en el living hacía calor.

The location is very good. Next to lots of nice cafes, restaurants & Sunday flea market El Rastro.

There is no natural light in the flat. Even in the middle of the day it's so dark that you need to turn on all the lights. A/C is barely working, doesn't really cool the flat. Coffee machine isn't working as well.

The cleanliness and location.

The neighbor was unplesant!!! He call the police just cause my girlfriend and I were listening music, instead of tell us to down the level a little.
