Sunrise Views & Beach Access - BBQ & Free Parking

I went for a mini vacation with my family of 7 including a teenager and grandparents. I was looking for a beach house as close as possible to the sand and water and this was a perfect short walk right across the place. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had bright and white furniture, a beachy vibe, the kitchen was huge and we cooked a family breakfast everyday before going to the water. I had the master bedroom with a super comfy king bed. This host thinks of everything even the little things like sunblock lotion for us and mosquito repellent, beach chairs and umbrella, surfboard which my teenage son enjoyed so much. This host thinks of it all for their guests. Highly recommended for all groups and ages. Even for a secluded romantic getaway which I may make in the future.

The unit was stocked with kitchen supplies. We liked the variety of game boards and beach gear.

Nice place very clean, roomy and you can walk to the beach. The only issue we had was a malfunctioning door keypad but with the help of the housekeeping staff we worked around it.

Location was excellent. Steps away from the beach and a short walk to the Navy SEAL Museum. The apartment was spacious and amenities were all very good. Appreciated the coffee/tea in the room! Large smart TV and fast internet made it easy to log into streaming apps to watch shows. Full kitchen with dishes and cookware made things easy for the family. Had a great time!

Not really a dislike because it didn’t affect us, but Jim’s is the only place to eat relatively close to the house, so families need to plan ahead with getting groceries or just using Uber Eats to bring food. The location is in a residential area (which is best for vacas anyway and what we preferred over a tourist commercial area).

Amazing location right by a beautiful quiet beach. Very well equipped apartment with everything we needed as a family of 5. Recommend Sharkys for food a short walk away. Owners were very good and replied to queries very quickly. This really was the perfect stay en route from Miami to Orlando for some chilling out time on a beach before hitting the theme parks. We spent 3 days but could easily have spent a couple of weeks and been very happy. Beds very comfy and air con worked a treat. Kids loved the board games and body boards and spent most the day in the sea catching waves.
