Clean and close to outside amenities

The young man at the front desk stole money from me I gave him a 20 because I needed smaller bills he gave me back less money and when I told him he refuse to return the money He did this I was not able to tip the cleaning staff adequately

The convenience of the location.

The bathroom walls had soap scum, the tub was clogged it didn’t drain when I was showering and stuff came out of the drain. There was used toilet paper on the floor by the toilet and brown (I don’t know what) stuff on the walls by the bed that looks like it could have been cleaned off.
