This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The accommodation reserves the right to request deposits of up to 100 euros per person, with a maximum of 600 euros; especially for groups of young people not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Please respect the rest of the guests. Noise, disturbances, loud music, or voices may not be generated. Likewise, it is not permitted to remain in common areas talking loudly, drinking or doing any type of action that may alter the good coexistence in the building or affect its image. The deposit may not be returned, not only for possible damages; but also for any of these things described. Only apartments 12 and 13 have a terrace. It is also indicated in the name when booking: Apartment with Terrace. The apartments without this description won't have any private or common terrace.
