Smiths 12 Apartment

The apartment was in a good central location near the main railway station and central city areas.There were several food shops and cafe's nearby.We had an early check in and communication with the owner was easy. The apartment was fairly well equipped and had a washing machine. Things like extra blankets were provided .

The apartment was a little dark but had good lighting. Although the bed was comfortable, we did find it a bit on the small side being fairly narrow.

Appartamento privato con tutto quello che serve , arredato con buon gusto nonostante la semplicità sono rimasta sorpresa del bel disign, molto pulito e profumato nel dettaglio. Aria condizionata, ventilatore funzionale e tutto l'indispensabile per vivere. La padrona è gentile e disponibile anche se si fa tutto in automatico con i sistemi elettronici. La cucina è dotata anche di microonde e bollitore, lasciano anche due caffè di benvenuto. Gli animali sono ammessi senza i soliti problemi.

L'acqua calda esce bollente se non si fa attenzione e per chi è abituato al gas condominiale può essere pericoloso non saperlo.E' una cosa che si nota in tutte le case che hanno boiler elettrico ma andrebbe segnalato di fare attenzione con un cartello( è già il terzo posto dove mi capita in Spagna). Manca uno specchio per vedersi interamente almeno all' entrata, sarebbe bello ma anche lì sarà per sicurezza che non lo mettono( stessa cosa quasi ovunque). Ultima nota riguarda il letto alla francese che non avevo notato essere segnalato, purtroppo mio marito è alto quasi 190 cm e abbiamo dovuto dormire separati perché siamo abituati al letto standard o più grande per muoverci con tranquillità. Fortunatamente c'era un divano letto comodo ma fossi io avrei tolto un comodino o trovato un'alternativa per lasciare un letto adatto a tutti. Per il resto nulla da dire! Ne vale la pena. .

Le bruit car l'isolation n'est pas bonne comme dans la plupart des immeubles de cet âge en Espagne. La non disponibilité de produits de lessive pour la machine à laver.

La anfitriona muy atenta, tuvimos un problema con las llaves y nos lo solucionó rápidamente. La cama es muy cómoda, y tiene todo lo necesario, entrada también con cajetín y código en la puerta, lo que es cómodo, para no ir con un horario establecido.

Es un primero sin ascensor.

This flat is horrible, it has a single window in the bedroom, which makes it hard for anybody to breathe properly inside. The building is totally disgusting, even the stairs are small and difficult to use. Plus, the host tried to find guilties in us for things which were already broken (blinds, oven, fridge etc.) and she wanted to let in strangers, such as the repairman, during our absence, although we insisted that she shouldn't do that. What is more, neighbours keep repairing things and there are construction works in progress, and there is a lot of noise, we couldn't relax at all. Also, it is not so close to the beach, as stated on Booking. It is more than 400 m away.

Host was perfect, he helped us about everything even not related about booking such as supermarkets, parking places etc. Home was very clean. Close to see and center. I like it. I wish to come again. I recommend to everyone.

Kettle is old. If you stay 4 person. From bedroom to reach kitchen or wc you need to pass from living room.

Una zona cerca de todo.playa, la arrebasada y la larga mejores.centro histórico. muy cerca puerto chiringuito del serrallo ect.

La zona para dejar coche.es zona verde tienes que ir pagando todo el rato.

El interior del apartamento era cómodo y moderno. Tenía tono lo necesario

Algo se limpieza. Los alrededores del apartamento no eran muy atractivo pero ya lo conociamos

Cómodo, limpio, cocina completa, toallas, de todo.
