"I didn't stay long because we were moved to a different house due to the issues with the AC."

I liked the layout of the house. The house itself was very nice. I also liked the support I received from property management. The AC didn't work however the management company was able to move us to a different house.

I didn't like the fact that the AC was not working. I did arrive an hour and a half early. I felt like someone should have done a check long before we arrived there. I also saw many stains on the sofas (both upstaris and on the main level), that made me a little uncomfortable. They should really have the sofas cleaned and or replaced. Also the toilet paper racks / holders are all lose in the house. I called the management company and made my own vidoes and took pictures of issues that I saw in the house as soon as we arrived because I didn't want to be blamed for any of the issues that I saw in the house.
