"It was average. We weren’t aware that it was far away from the tourist attractions."

The swimming pool.

The location was not tourist friendly. Apartments around were noisy after 11pm. No plates and utensils provided, only one pot. Master bed and pillows uncomfortable. Worn out towels provided. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels.

Loved the big pool. Clean surroundings and a clean, comfortable apartment. Basic TV but suitable for a family stay focused on enjoying the pool. The host was friendly and helpful.

Overall, the stay was good. However, guests really need to follow the rules carefully, especially regarding parking, as the RM300 fine is quite worrying if a mistake is made. One suggestion for improvement would be to extend the checkout time to 12:00 p.m. The current checkout feels a bit rushed, especially for families with children who would like to enjoy the pool. Additionally, the RM300 deposit is quite high, even though it is refundable before 6:00 p.m. Lowering the deposit amount may help guests feel more comfortable.
